CAKE DE CACAO/FROSTING DE AVOCADO/SESAMO NEGRO

Para 12 porciones - Preparación 30 min

Para el cake/

  • Harina 330 g

  • Azucar 420 g

  • Polvo de hornear 2 cdas

  • Sal 1 cucharada

  • Cacao en polvo 75 g

  • Extracto de vainilla 1 cda

  • Vinagre 2 cdas

  • Aceite vegetal 180 ml

  • Agua caliente 480 ml

Para el frosting de avocado/

  • Avocados 2 medianos

  • Jugo de limon 2 cdas

  • Azúcar impalpable 400 g

  • Opcional/ Extracto de limon 1 cda

Para servir/ Sésamo negro tostado

Procedimiento/

Precalentar el horno a 175 º c. Enmantecar una placa de 20 x 30 cm y llevar al freezer. Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos, a continuación verter todos los ingredientes húmedos y mezclar incorporando bien. ¡Eso es todo! Verter la mezcla en la fuente y hornear durante 30-35 minutos, o hasta que un palillo salga limpio. Dejar enfriar sobre una rejilla durante 5-10 minutos y luego invertir suavemente , dejar enfriar completamente.

Para el frosting de avocado/ Retirar la piel y el carozo de los avocados y cortar en trozos. Añadir el jugo de limón. Colocar en un mixer y procesar hasta que quede una pasta suave. Mixear de nuevo, esta vez añadiendo el azúcar impalpable lentamente hasta cremar bien. Agregar el extracto de limón y mixear. 

Armado/

Cubrir el cake con el frosting de palta. Añadir sésamo negro apenas tostado, o bien cortar en dos y rellenar como se desee. Colocar el cake en la heladera 15 minutos antes de servir para obtener un corte limpio. Si no se utiliza de inmediato almacenar el cake en un recipiente hermético. Se congela muy bien. Bon appétit!
